A SECOND person has died following a collision in Allans Flat on July 10.
It is understood a grey Ford Falcon sedan collided with a utility towing a trailer on Wodonga-Yackandandah Road around 2pm.
The utility left the road and crashed down an embankment.
The driver of the Ford Falcon, an 18-year-old West Wodonga man, died at the scene.
