Community unites at insightful forum to help step up the fight against illicit ‘ice’

WHAT TO DO?: The fight against the drug ‘ice’ is one for all ages. Prior to the forum Senior Sergeant Lyn Holland (Mansfield police), Willa Marker (MSC captain) and Professor David Penington (drug expert and local resident) discussed the need for a community response. PHOTOS: Peter Hunt

MANSFIELD has taken on a fight – this time against the illicit drug ‘ice’ – which it can ill afford to lose.

Mansfield is often described as a ‘can do’ town.

It holds the proud record of the only local government area to successfully de-amalgamate during the Kennett era.
