MANSFIELD identity Gill Belle loves to work.
If you took all the jobs that Gill Belle has had and stretched them end to end, they would probably cover 100 years.
No, she is not that old – she just insists on having a few jobs at a time to keep busy.
For someone who wanted to be a vet and started her working life as a teacher, Gill has made her name in the field of hospitality.
Gill was born in Sydney in 1957 and went to Sylvania Primary School and Presbyterian Ladies’ College, Croydon.
“By the time of my secondary years, we were living on a farm at Wallacia on the Hawkesbury River,” she remembered.
