On your bike for cycling season

On the road again: Road racing starts again next Thursday.

FOOTY season has now passed, the days are getting longer and warmer… must be time to ‘Get on your bike’ with the Mansfield Mt Buller Cycling Club (MMBC).
Dirt Crits will be starting next Monday, October 6 at Rifle Butt’s Reserve and Road Racing will start on Thursday, October 9 with the first race being a graded scratch race on Whitfield Road, starting and finishing at the Botanic Park.
So, you love the Tour de France, perhaps you ride a bit yourself or maybe you used to?
Now is the time to get involved in the local club, they always need helpers so they can run the racing program and offer a free MMBC shirt and drink bottle and a vibrant social atmosphere to all those of you who are able to help out in the race program.
No prior experience is required, tasks are not complicated and assistance and support is provided to all helpers.
Anybody keen to be a helper should contact Wil on 0417 596288.
