I can see pink everywhere

MAKING A DIFFERENCE: Some of the Delatite Cricket Club who celebrated Pink Stumps Day last year.

THE Mansfield Recreation Reserve will turn pink on Friday, December 19 for the annual Pink Stumps Day.

The Mansfield under 12s will be playing a short ‘curtain-raiser’ game at 4pm prior to the Merton vs Delatite Trewin Shield Twenty20 match starting at 6pm.

By hosting a Pink Stumps Day, Mansfield will be helping to make a difference to the lives of Australian families experiencing breast cancer.

To date the McGrath Foundation has 83 McGrath Breast Care Nurses working in communities right across Australia, who have helped support more than 19,300 Australian families experiencing breast cancer.

The foundation needs Mansfield’s help to reach their goal of 150 McGrath Breast Care Nurses to ensure every Australian family experiencing breast cancer has access to a breast care nurse, no matter where they live or their financial situation.

Come along for a great afternoon of cricket and help a good cause.
