BUSHRANGERS took out Wednesday’s game by more than 50 runs, but the Middlestumpers hit back on Friday evening’s Pink Stumps extravaganza, taking out that match by 15 runs.

Batters in form last week were Luke Berriman, Lachie Scales, Paddy Buchanan and Archie Storer, while Isaac Murray was in the pink on Friday evening, hitting five boundaries to top score with 31.

Fielders had their work cut out, but spectators saw some great backing up, sensational teamwork and terrific sportsmanship on both evenings.

The bowlers did a great job, led by Paddy Buchanan who took three wickets on Wednesday and captained his team well.
