A TEAM of 23 students from Mansfield Secondary College (MSC) qualified for the National Interschools Snowsports Championships, held at Mt Buller from September 9 to 13.

Ollie Walker was the best individual finisher in the moguls, skiing his best run and jumps of the season, finishing fifth overall.

The Division 2 male moguls saw some of the best moguls skiers in the country elevating this discipline to an exceptionally high standard.

Dan Walker finished eighth, Ned Angliss 19th and Talae Rodden 29th, just missing out on a podium as fourth placed team.

The exciting skier cross event saw Warwick Crawford take home silver individually, with Ned Angliss fourth and Dan Walker 15th, with joy for the team placing second and the only spot on the podium for a MSC team in the championships.

Ellie-Mae Angliss and Kaitlyn Whyte were in a number of events and finished 12th and 15th respectively in the Alpine GS and combined as a team to place sixth overall in the Division 1 female moguls.
