IN 2015 Mason Tait was droving cattle for a living.
Pushing them along the high plains of Benambra, there was plenty of time to day dream about what was in store.
A beer at the end of the day, a hot shower, maybe a home cooked steak.
Born and bred in Mansfield, he had his future mapped out – there were plans for a career as a horseman, to make a name for himself as a farrier, a trainer and a breeder.
Without warning, the horse he was riding slipped down an embankment – flipping on top of Mason.
Just like that, his future plans changed.
