Shire chasing $500k for Lords pavilion upgrade

PLANNED BUILD: The Lords Reserve Pavilion has been well-thought out and carefully planned for its user groups.

ALTHOUGH there’s no winter sport being played, the sports grounds are still being cared for and looked after, and various user groups are looking forward to getting back onto the courts and fields all over the shire.

Among the reserves currently out of action include the Lords Reserve, which is set for a makeover which will cost $990,000.

While the Mansfield Shire Council has put forward $490,000 for stage one of the works in the 2020-21 budget, they are still searching for an extra $500,000.
