MANSFIELD residents are aware that the Mansfield Agricultural and Pastoral Society (A&P) is running a photography competition titled ‘Capturing the High Country’ on-line for 2020.

It is only open to the people of Mansfield Shire – keeping it local.

One such local to enter is Jess Andrews.
