LAKE Eildon is looking set for a bumper summer after consistent spring rains have seen levels reach 68 per cent of capacity.
With each ensuing fall, water has crept higher and higher to the Bonnie Doon Bridge - the visual marker for a full lake.
Currently, Eildon is almost twice as full as this time last year, which was the lowest October reading in a decade.
