Increased snake activity stirs up venomous debate

WHEN summer comes to Mansfield Shire each year, the sun performs its miraculous alchemy, turning the green farmlands and forests of the high country into shimmering gold and snakes leave the dark confines in which they lay dormant during the cooler months.
