MANSFIELD Shire's median house price has gone up yet again, rising 2.7 per cent over the past twelve months according to the latest Domain House Price Report.
The December quarter results show regional house prices, which increased 1.7 per cent last quarter, decidedly outstripping metropolitan Melbourne, which saw a drop of 5.6 per cent over the past year.
