AUSTRALIA Day Celebrations are held each year in Mansfield and January 26, 2023 will be no different.
The events will take place in the Botanic Park – eastern end of town – and are likely to include live music, picnics (BYO), however, some stalls may be available such as coffee / Rotary breakfast and an open air concert (TBC).
Celebrating community, citizens and being Australian are all part of the annual Mansfield Shire Council Australia Day events.
It is also usual for a guest Australia Day Ambassador to attend and give a talk on their history and connections to Australia (TBC).
An Australian Citizenship Ceremony, welcoming those who want to become 'true blue' Aussies is also held during this event.
