FOR the first time in a couple of years, Mansfield will again come very much alive with the return of its annual High Country Festival – kicking off on Friday, October 28.
And although it is only day one of the festival, Friday has plenty of things to see and do.
Breakfast on the lawns (opposite the post office) will again be held from 7AM to 9AM.
