A MAJOR State Government shake-up of the training sector has given new hope for Mansfield to combat a growing skills shortage.
Diploma and advanced diploma courses - where students will be able to defer course fees - could be offered by Mansfield Adult Continuing Education (MACE), following a government initiative effective from July 1 next year.
