THE Victorian Electoral Commission has declared the candidates who were successful in their bid to become a councillor for the Mansfield Shire.
For the first time we will have no wards, so the five new Councillors will each be representing the whole Shire.
The new Council, in order of vote ranking: James Tehan was first, followed by Mark Holcombe, Rohan Webb, Paul Sladdin and Steve Rabie.
