THE past year’s weather has kept the residents of the Mansfield Shire on their toes.
Mansfield saw 839.9 millimetres of rain in 2023, below the high mark set in 2022 of 971.4, the highest amount of rainfall since 1975.
Rainfall remained relatively low throughout the first months of the year until weather systems in June dumped more than 100 millimetres and soaked the shire.
