AS the son of a Rat of Tobruk and immediate past president of the Rats of Tobruk Association, Mansfield’s Bruce Bingham knew Tom Pritchard, Australia’s last Rat of Tobruk who died on August 3 aged 102.
“I knew Tommy Pritchard very well and it is very emotional to mark his passing,” said Mr Bingham.
