REGIONAL and Rural Victoria is opening up once again with the easing of COVID restrictions coming into play as from last Wednesday night.

Under the third step of recovery, regional Victorians are no longer subject to staying at home; outdoor gathering limits increase to 10 people and up to five visitors are able to visit from a nominated household.

Retail has expanded to include personal services such as beauty and tattooing, where a mask can be worn.
