IT was an emotional moment for Jackie Fraser as she closed the doors for the final time at Shop 27 Varieties in Mansfield's High Street after 17 years last week.
To coincide with the closure on Wednesday February 7, several former staff members and many Mansfield locals joined Jackie and her husband Brendan to say thank you and pass on their best wishes.
It was easy to see the high regard Jackie was held in by her staff and customers as so many came into the shop bearing gifts and cards to wish her well for the future.
Now it is time for a well-deserved rest with her husband and spending more time with family in Queensland.
