TEN candidates are running for Indi in the upcoming federal election.
Candidates were confirmed today by Australian Electoral Commission Indi returning officer Jenny Essex, who oversaw the ballot draw at St Patrick's Hall in Wangaratta determining the order the 10 candidates will appear on the ballot paper.
Animal Justice Party candidate Angel Aleksov is first on the ballot paper, followed by incumbent Independent Helen Haines.
Liberal candidate Ross Lyman was placed at the bottom of the ballot.
Candidates will appear on the ballot in this order: Angel Aleksov (Animal Justice Party), Helen Haines (Independent), Lachlan O'Connell (Derryn Hinch's Justice Party), Stephen Williams (United Australia Party), Beth Stevens (Pauline Hanson's One Nation), Benjamin Gilbert (Greens), Liz Fisher (Nationals), Nadia David (Labor), Julian Fidge (Liberal Democrats), Ross Lyman (Liberal).
